This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Koko Software, makers of IFTA Plus and Compliance Plus,
(the "Company") collects and uses information about you via its World Wide Web site
(the "Site"). PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. By using this Site, ordering or using Materials or
Information, or clicking on a button indicating your consent, you agree to
this Policy, including but not limited to conducting this transaction electronically, and to a choice of
Missouri law and jurisdiction. If you do not agree to this Policy,
you do not have permission to use the Site. Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change,
modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time.
Notification of changes to this Policy will be posted on the Site or sent via e-mail. If any future
changes to this Policy are unacceptable to you,
you must discontinue use of the Site.
The Company does not intend to collect any personal information from children under 13 unless it
believes such collection to be permitted by law; please read below for the Company's policy with respect
to children under 13. You may also be subject to additional privacy terms and conditions when you order
Information or other products accessed through or promoted on the Site.
WHAT INFORMATION IS GATHERED
The Company gathers general information about users who access the Site, including IP Address. Our Web
servers will log the IP address that any connection is made from. We may use these IP addresses to help
diagnose technical problems or prevent abuse of our systems or other site users. Your IP address may also be
used to gather aggregate demographic data and target advertisements accordingly. We also use session
"cookies," which are a small line of text that is stored with your Web browser for record-keeping purposes
and help us provide better service to you when you access our Site. These session cookies expire when your

cookie is sent. The Company uses cookies for the shopping cart functionality on the site, and to deliver
content specific to your interests and track your downloads and purchases from the Site. You must enable

forms or surveys (subject, however, to the provisions of the next section of this Privacy Policy concerning

the Site, or which we send to you by e-mail or other means, are not directed at children under the age of

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We may use your information to fulfill and track your orders for Information or other goods and services
from the Site, and to provide you with updates about our other Information, products and services. We will
not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, aside from entities that perform
services for us, such as fulfilling orders or processing payment, that either are bound to comply with our
privacy policy or have privacy policies that protect your information. As stated, Company may use third

legal process served on Company; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Company; or (3) act in an
emergency to protect someone's safety. We may request demographic information from you (for example, your
age, education level or household income) from time to time. We will not share that information in a manner
that identifies you as an individual with any other entity, unless we let you know that at the time of
collection or we have your permission. When we share demographic information with third parties, we will
give them aggregate information only. In the event that Company is acquired by another company, your
personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the acquiring party and subject to the
acquiring company’s privacy policy.
The primary content of the Site is intended for general and specific audiences and is not directed to
children under the age of 13. Company assumes products and/or services purchased through credit card means
are purchased by adults. Company respects the privacy of parents and children and is committed to complying
with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) to the extent it may apply. On those areas of the
Sites that ask for age or date of birth (if any), Company does not intend to collect personal information
from individuals who identify themselves as under the age of 13 except in those limited circumstances where
Company believes that such collection is permitted under COPPA. If a parent believes that his or her child
has submitted personal information to Company, he or she can contact us via e-mail as listed below. Company
will promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13. Please
note that it is possible some of this information may remain archived in web logs and back-up archives after
Company deletes the information from its active database.
SECURITY
The Company will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your
computer and our servers, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us
over the Internet and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.
ARCHIVED INFORMATION
The Company maintains archives of its web logs, database, and other systems and information. Please note
that it is possible some of this information may remain archived after Company deletes the information from
its active database. Company maintains archives for disaster recovery, legal and other non-marketing
purposes.
SITES LINKED FROM THE SITE
The sites linked from the Site are not under the Company's control, and the Company does not assume any
responsibility or liability for any communications or materials available at such linked sites. The Company
does not intend links on the Site to be referrals or endorsements of the linked entities; they are provided
for convenience only.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This Site is controlled and operated by Company from its offices within the State of Missouri, United States
of America. Company makes no representation that the Site, Information, Materials or related information
offered by Company are appropriate or available in other locations. Those who choose to access the Site from
other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to
the extent local laws are applicable. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these
Terms, the Site or any Information or Material shall be litigated or otherwise heard in the Missouri State
Court located in Kansas City, Missouri or the United States District Court for the District of Missouri at Kansas
City, Missouri. The parties hereto hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Missouri State Court
located in Kansas City, Missouri or the United States District Court for the District of Missouri at Kansas City,
Missouri as applicable, and hereby waive any claim or defense that such forum is not convenient or proper, and
consent to service of process by any means authorized by Missouri law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, as amended from time to time by Company, as well as any additional terms and conditions which
apply to Information or other products accessed through or promoted on the Site (such as an end user license
agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and Company. If any provision of these Terms shall
be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these
Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Company's failure to
act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive Company's right to act with respect to
subsequent or similar breaches.
