IFTA Plus is excited about our IFTA Connect program, that allows you to earn cash by helping to spread the word about IFTA Plus.

New Hosting Provider
Last quarter, once again we started to experience growing pains. We have dramatically increased our hardware and optimized the application to better manage user load.

In several locations throughout the application we have increased the level of security and protection of your company information.

Remember Me
If you check the 'Remember Me' checkbox on the login screen, you will stay logged into IFTA Plus for 2 weeks without having to login every time.

New Website Design
We have a complete new website look and feel. We redesigned the site to provide better access to information about IFTA Plus and our company.

Updated Hosting Provider
In an effort to provide better, more reliable web-based applications, we have migrated all our applications, including IFTA Plus, to a new hosting provider, Slicehost. Over the last 3 years, we have operated at 99.813% uptime, but we hope this move increases this number, without additional operational costs. Our customers shouldn't experience any service interruptions and will more than likely experience a better performing application.

Updated Pricing
The #1 issue facing the trucking industry today is money. The summer 2008 had incredibly high gas prices. This fall and winter has seen a slowdown in shipments. To help offset these costs, IFTA Plus has decided to lower our prices on the New York Highway Use Tax (HUT), New Mexico Weight Distance (WD), and Kentucky Weight Distance (WD) returns. Check out our pricing page for the latest rates.

IFTA Auditing
When companies file their IFTA returns, each state performs certain data auditing checks to ensure the miles and fuel is accurate. Even though we calculate your information correctly, your return may fail their audits. For example, most states reject a return if your overall MPG is less than 4 or greater than 14. This quarter, we have introduced a number of audits to help ensure your return is accurate. This is just another example of why IFTA Plus the most accurate way to prepare your return.

Better Checkout Navigation
Many of our users commented that the checkout process was a bit confusing. We updated the navigation for a better user experience.

New Website Design
We have been working hard to create a better website design that will help us expand for future growth. Check out our new design and let us know what you think. Homepage image. Subpage image. Expect to see these changes occur in the next few months.

In addition to the New York HUT and Kentucky WD forms in our library, we now can prepare your New Mexico WD return.

Simple Checkout Process

Bulk Upload Fuel and Mile Data
Do you capture your fuel and mile records in a spreadsheet? Instead of manually entering each record, IFTA Plus can now accept bulk uploads. We make the process fast, easy, and impossible to mess up.

Future Credits
Don't like paying $25 to file your state IFTA return? Now there are ways to earn credits towards future IFTA returns. When you refer a friend, you can earn up to $25 per referral. When you file, complete a short survey and receive an additional $5 credit.

More States
Our state count is growing rapidly. We have all state IFTA returns except for 4 States. If you are from Minneapolis, Nebraska, or South Carolina and have an paper copy of your IFTA return, call us about free fuel tax preparation.

New and Improved State Filings
Q3 2007, we created a general, non state specific IFTA return that looked something like this sample report (opens a .PDF).

Beginning in Q4 2007, IFTA Plus has gathered every state IFTA form and now prepares your actual return, like this sample Missouri return.

What does this mean? This means you no longer have to fill out any paperwork at all!

More Forms
In addition to most state IFTA forms, IFTA Plus can prepare your Kentucky Weight Distance (WD) form and a New York Highway Use Tax (HUT) form.

Pricing Update
High gas prices have all companies trying to save some money. You can now enter your information, calculate your taxes, and print your actual state IFTA form for only $25. If you want to purchase an entire years's worth of returns, you can save 10%.
